The staff are amiable, the hotel is incredibly beautiful and with wonderful location close enough to printer available for guest use, restaurants of West Yellowstone and Gardiner. The hotel rooms are big with a fireplace.

The venue has spotless rooms with a fireplace as well as dryer and affable and accommodating staff.

I enjoyed my stay with a spacious patio offering amazing views of the Montana sky and the fact that everything I wanted to see, like the Yellowstone Historic Center and the Two Top trail, was conveniently within a 15-minute walk.

The heated indoor/outdoor pool was a hit with the little ones, and the game room kept them entertained for hours. Plus, its close proximity to Yellowstone Park made our daily adventures super easy.

In my wife's opinion, the Wi-Fi should be free . It was frustrating that we had to pay and then it didn't even work well.

great location but amenities need improvement

The snowmobile trail access is excellent making it easy for outdoor activities. The large parking area caters to trucks and trailers which is quite convenient during the busy season. The room was spacious and kept clean giving a comfortable feel to our stay.

The amenities offered could be more varied and better maintained.

No air conditioning in the unit made it uncomfortable at times.

This place suits me perfectly! It has nice amenities like free parking, a jacuzzi, and a fitness center. The staff helped me print tickets on my first stay, and they even cleared the grill area during heavy snow. I always feel welcome here and highly recommend it for a relaxing city break.

Just a proper fit for strolling around in West Yellowstone with great value for the money. The staff was friendly, except for one person who seemed off. Bring your patience if you're staying during busy times.

Perfect Location for Yellowstone Adventures

The proximity to Yellowstone's west entrance allowed us to explore the park conveniently, and the kids had a blast at the heated indoor pool. The only downside was the absence of air conditioning, made the room a bit warm at times. A great experience, and I can't wait to come back!

The indoor pool was amazing-so large and heated. The full kitchen in our two-bedroom apartment let us whip up meals, saving money. Plus, being just minutes from the entrance to one of the most amazing national parks is a dream come true!
